Our African Black Soap is handmade in Ghana and imported in small batches so it is fresh. This soap is best known for its deep cleaning and nourishing properties. It is natural with no chemicals or fragrances.
Authentic African Black Soap has a distinctive, dark brown color that comes from the process in which it is made and from its ingredients. It is safe for all skin types, but does require the user to adjust usage as needed. It's benefits include balancing oily skin, soothing irritated skin, and cleansing sensitive skin.

Use hands to lather soap and gently apply suds to face. Let sit for 30-60 seconds and rinse.
Facial use should require no more than 30-60 seconds maximum after full face or the desired area is covered with the soap. One time in the morning and one time before bed should suffice. If irritation occurs, reduce usage as needed until skin has adjusted and there is no more irritation. Please be sure to use a good moisturizer after atterwards.
