Our French Plum seed oil is organic, cold pressed, unrefined, and extracted from the kernels of French Ente plums. Plum Seed Oil produced from French Ente Plums is superior to other Plum Oils in many ways. Plum oil is rich in the polyunsaturated essential fatty acid Linoleic and Oleic which is a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid. Plum oil is highly skin nourishing and moisturizing. It has a light texture and absorbs quickly into the skin. This oil has many skin beneficial properties and is highly effective when applied to the hair. The smell is sweet, marzipan, almost cherry like. We think it is lovely.
Plum oil is wonderful for nails, hair applications, cosmetics, aromatherapy, massage, and lip care.
All of our oils are hand poured at the time of your order. We pour them into a light protective glass container in order to protect the oil's nutritive qualities and preserve shelf life. We recommend that you store your oils in a cool place, or refrigerator, away from sunlight and in glass.
